Enhancing The Guest Experience
You already know that your guests expect unparalleled service and unparalleled hospitality. What they won’t be expecting and will make them lifelong guests is all the technology that makes their stay one of ease, comfort, and personality. Upon the first swipe of their key to the room, a warm “Welcome Scene” of lights, sounds, and temperature begins, allowing them to relax immediately. They don’t have to open the blinds, adjust the thermostat or the lights to see where the bed is, to crash on it for a post-flight nap. The curtains open, bringing in the natural light or the night skyline. The thermostat is adjusted according to season and location. Music plays from the entertainment system, making your guests feel welcomed and catered to. If the guests first want to hop into bed for a snooze and close the blinds, crank up the heat, and play soothing sounds of the ocean, this can all be done from the GRMS. Your guests will also be able to determine when and how they wish to wake up. Soothing classical, heavy metal (or perhaps both…) will begin playing at the desired time, along with the option to turn the lights on at their perfect brightness, the thermostat at a comfortable temperature, as well as opening their curtains to soak in the view.
